Day1 : Arrive Delhi
Arrive at New Delhi Airport / Meet on arrival and transfer
to the hotel and spend the night at the hotel.
Day 2 : Delhi
After breakfast leave by car for Full day Old and New
Delhi sight seeing. Visit Red Fort, Kutub Minar, Jama
Masjid, Lotus temple, India Gate, Raj ghat, Laxmi Nararyan
Temple. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 3 : Delhi - Rishikesh
After Breakfast early morning leave for Rishikesh (234
k.m .- 5 hrs.) by car. In the afternoon Arrive at Rishikesh
- the holy city of saints. Check in your hotel - "The
Glasshouse on the Ganges "- Set in a lychees and
mango orchard of The Maharaja of Tehri Garhwal, with
a garden of tropical plants, full of rare birds and
butterflies, it has a sand beach of its own. You sunbathe,
jungle walk, river raft and can fish with a permit.
Or you can visit the temples and ashrams for evening
arti. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 4 : Rishikesh - Narender Nagar (Ananda)
After breakfast visit the Ram Jhula , Laxman Jhula and
temples in Rishikesh. Afterwards drive by car (40 kms
-1 hrs) to Narender Nagar An extremely picturesque drive
through the hilly areas culminates in the final breathtaking
ascent to Ananda. On arrival, check in at the Ananda
in the Himalayas at Palace view room and rest of the
day free for personal activities or can go for a message
sessions or various oil treatments available at the
resort. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 : Ananda
Ananda Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Program focuses on prevention,
maintenance and the improvement of one's health and
overall sense of well-being. The personalized program
will include a dosha specific Ayurvedic diet, therapeutic
juices, stimulating and purifying therapies, daily Yoga
and Meditation. Learn to develop more nurturing and

and art of India known as "Yoga". Yoga enhances
your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual qualities
utilizing the three major branches of Yoga like Raja,
Kerya and Hatha Yoga in a very simple, effective and
practical manner.Attend your Yoga session and other

Day 7 : Ananda
Ananda Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Program is geared toward
revitalizing an individual by ridding and preventing
weariness, stress and fatigue. Medicated herbal oils
are administered during the daily sessions of therapy,
as well as prescribed Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama
sessions, Wellness activities and Ananda Ayurvedic Cuisine
